If you are interested in working with us, we want to get to know you better and give you a chance to learn more about us.
Before your first interview, we encourage you to read the job description and research about our company, our team, our values and our success stories.
During the interviews, feel free to ask questions about the role, the company and our culture. We want to make sure you are assessing Addin365, as much as we are assessing you. We always ask about your career goals and how we can support you in achieving them, so do think about that.
Interview process
Our standard interview process consists of four stages. However, this may vary from time to time depending on the role you are interviewing for.
30 minutes video call with our in-house recruitment team
2-3 hours case study or technical task, depending on the role you are interviewing for
Where you will present your case study or technical task
30 minutes – 1 hour in our office with a member of the leadership team

When should I hear about my application?
We aim to respond to all applications within three business days.

How long does the recruitment process take?
From submitting your application to accepting an offer, the process usually takes four to six weeks, it’s sometimes less depending on the role.

Do you offer remote working?
No, Addin365 operates a hybrid working pattern. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays are work from the office days. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are work from home days.

What should I wear to the interview?
Our dress code is smart casual.

Do you work with recruitment agencies?
We don’t accept CVs from third parties including recruitment agencies.
