We are delighted you have joined us and want to ensure you experience a smooth and successful onboarding. That's why we have developed a structured onboarding and induction program that will help you get familiar with your role, team and goals. We have a modern digital employee experience that will help you to find everything you need to know about our company, ways of working and your employment.
Onboarding and induction
Our HR team will help you get ready for your new role, including sending you your home office equipment in advance of your start date.
You will receive a top-of-the-range Microsoft Surface device to use for your work, as well as access codes and passes.
The HR team will help you to access our systems, show you around the office and introduce you to the team.
You will meet your new manager, who will give you an overview of your role, the tools and tech you will use, the operational processes you will follow and the support you can get.
You will meet your team and join any staff meetings and socials that are organised.
You will receive an orientation into Addin365 values and how they inform the way we work.
You will be talked through your 3 month probationary plan which consists of activities and KPIs for this period.
You will meet team members from different departments to understand their roles and how you will collaborate.
Your manager will check in daily to review your progress and address any blockers.
You will have bi-weekly touchpoints with the HR team.
Your manager will meet with you weekly to review activities and KPIs, to provide guidance and input where needed and provide feedback.
You will formally complete onboarding process and your probationary period.
