About the role
Join our dynamic team at Addin365, where we drive innovation and excellence in digital employee experience on Microsoft 365. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns on the telephone, uncovering client needs and providing compelling reasons to engage.
- Lead Qualification: Maintain a rapid response cadence, qualify SQLs, and implement effective follow-up strategies.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term connections with potential clients.
- Business Acumen: Tailor messaging and engagement approaches to resonate with target personas and align to the Addin365 proposition.
- Reporting: Analyse lead quality, provide regular reports on outbound prospecting performance.

Our package includes:
- Salary: £13.50 per hour and £50 for every qualified meeting booked (uncapped)

Working schedule: 3 days per week Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays in our Shoreditch office.
Interview process:
1) Online test (15-20 minutes)
2) Teams interview with HR (30 minutes)
3) Onsite interview including a task and a meeting with the hiring manager (1 hour)

We start the week and finish it together as a team – working in the office Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On the other days, you will work remotely and we will ensure you have all the kit and support you need to be as efficient and productive as when we are all together in the office.
